Lamb mince, aubergine, potatoes, onion, garlic, herbs & spices, seasoning (sat & pepper), homemade tomato sauce (onions, carrots, garlic, celery, fresh basil, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, seasoning), homemade cheese sauce (wheat flour, cheese, milk, butter, margarine, seasoning)

Cooking instructions

If frozen, defrost overnight in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 180 C. Remove lid

Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

How to enjoy

Best served with salad and artisan crust bread

Additional notes

Please ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period.

Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.

Delivery
Please allow 48 hours from order to delivery. Orders over R600 and within a 10km radius from Observatory, will receive free delivery on Wednesdays.
Orders outside of 10km radius will be charged R13.50 per km for delivery.
Free delivery applies to orders over R2000.
Collection is available at 7 Franklin St, Observatory, Cape Town, once order confirmation is received.
